Ian Symonds
MEng (Hons) CEng MIStructE
Director
Ian is a Chartered Structural Engineer. He has a broad range of knowledge with particular expertise in masonry structures and traditional building materials having supported a number of national housebuilders for many years. Ian is highly skilled at creating simple solutions to complex problems.
Paul Heathcote
BEng (Hons) DIS PhD CEng MIStructE
Director
Paul is a Chartered Structural Engineer with a PhD in Structural Engineering. He specialises in structural steelwork and in particular complex steel connection design and detailing with his experience gained from many years working closely with a wide range of steel fabricators.
Ryan Clothier
MEng (Hons) DIS
Structural Engineer
Ryan is a Loughborough University graduate who joined the team in July 2019. He previously spent an industrial placement year in a Structural Engineering consultancy where he worked with Paul and Ian on a range of projects including complex steel connection schemes. Ryan has a natural combination of academic and practical problem solving skills.
